I'm going to save my change all year then in December bust my bank open and buy some boxes of sticks. Maybe some Opus X's or Liga Prividas or both. Where have you guys found stick money?

The change method is a good one. I have a jar going myself. Don't really have a specific box in mind once the jar is full. I have a budget set out every month for cigars but I go over ever now and then. If I do, I usually have to put something from the cigar collection up for sale. For extra cigar/golf cash, I clean my fiance's parent's house every other week. I'm behind a computer everyday for work so the physical labor is a nice change. Plus I usually get a free meal, cocktail and a smoke in, when I'm over there :)

Used to also build golf clubs for extra dough but I've been lazy in that regard.

I budget myself $50/week for cigars, and lunches while at work.

I have yet to stay under that budget, but having a "budget" set in place makes the wife happy, lol.

The change idea is pretty good. I haven't thought about doing it for cigars, but last year I decided to carry cash for about 5 months (because I never have cash, always debit/credit) and save my change.

I ended up with a little over $40 in change at the end of that 5 months. Used it for gas though.

I dont really save for the specific purpose of buying cigars.. but I am a bargain shopper... when I decide I want a box of something Ill check around, see if anyone has it on sale/discount/closeout, etc.. and normally wont buy until I find a really good deal...

obviously this doesnt work with padron anny's, HTF ligas, etc.. but those are the kind of sticks that I almost never buy in bulk (almost always a 5ver or less)..

Im a tattoo artist and own my shop so I just buy them. Golf?? Is null so far this year with rain 'storms' 5 times a week for months there's no golf. But I have had to budget lately with the tattoo industry being a bit wonkie here this year plus I'm starting to creep into the dark forest cigars now and that don't help. If I ever need to sale off some sticks I should just open the front door of my house and hang a b&m sign outside:)

I started in trying to do the 52 week challenge and that ended after a few weeks haha. By the end of the year you are suppose to end up with $1,378.00.

The way it works is what ever week of the year it is you put that much in your savings Week 1 -$1, Week 2 -$2, Week 3 -$3... and so on.

I budget the same amount per month but I spend it all at once. Usually gets me one box per month and maybe a couple fivers. Also, I budget my dining out by carrying cash and only paying for it that way. I take out $100 per paycheck. When the cash is gone, I have to eat at home. The leftover change goes into a jar on my dresser and I can use that for cigars, too!

I don't budget for cigars. I save and pay bills first. Whatever's left over I spend it on whatever I want to.

...or you can buy numerous boxes of htf sticks, gouge the hell out of people, take profits and smoke for free. :angryteet

Its very simple, I cash my check, when I get home I throw the money in the air. What ever stays in the air I use to pay bills. What ever falls on the floor I use for cigars and booze.

I don't have a budget for anything outside of mortgage, school, wedding. So I try putting away what I can when I get the chance so hopefully I can get myself something nice later on in the year.
