Me too! One of the few marcas I haven't tried because I've heard such disparity from BOTLs on recent production...but damned if they don't always look stellar!

They are MUR ABR 13. I know these deserve a lot of down time but would I be crazy to smoke one tonight on the theory that they might be fresh enough to front run the first sick phase?

I haven't heard any reviews of the current MdO #2's, but I've seen a few for the #4's and most said they were pretty strong with not much of the classic LGC sweetness to it. You should light one up to see... you still would have 24 left.

I have smoked a MdO 4 from a 2012 box recently. Not even tempted to try one again until 2018.

I knew I would find an enabler here. ;-) Hopefully I will not regret it but useful knowing Mike's experience with the MdO 4s.

On a related note, Dalias are freaking big cigars. I knew these were big compared to the other sticks in the MdO line but even on their own these are imposing.
