yeah, identity crisis aside, the new oliva offerings for padilla still TASTE like padilla, if that makes sense. i think the days of stupid deals are over; most of that seems to me to be all the old stuck dumping to make room for new stock. still, IMHO they are still in the game.

I haven't had a Padilla in a while and haven't heard much about them. Kinda wondered what was going on with them. Used to be you could get some of the Padilla's on the bid for a song. I have no idea what my cigar will be today. I am an afternoon smokah.

I smoked this yesterday too. The shop I found it in is cleaned out of them and they arrived late last week. At $14 a stick, that's saying something. Made by Oliva I think, they're kinda like a spicier Melanio.
