If they had 'em when I started typing this response, they're sold out by the time I finish it. But seriously, watch the vendor threads. Emerson's had 'em for a brief, shining moment yesterday (and I was damned lucky to snag a few).
Not just the locals, word spreads very fast once someone see's that they have been added to the on-line inventory. They post it on one or more boards, FB groups and what not and before you know it they have all been scooped up. I would say it seems at most there is a 30min to hour window.
My suggestion is start a bookmark folder or favorites list of just cigar shops, start with our sponsors and then google the major internet retailers out there and add them. Easy way to work your way down a list when you have the itch to shop. Also watch our cigar deals thread as well ass the retailers area, they pop up in there I would say once or twice every 3 weeks or so.
I got lucky the first time, I was able to buy 2 with markup. Then nothing for at least 2 months. Its really more luck than anything else. As soon as someone posts up a store has them on sale, they're all gone. Another good place to find them will be in the For sale section.
I'd say the Rat is more quality over quantity.
