Well, we are approaching that time of year.

Blue Moon has already released their sampler pack of attempts at fall seasonal beers.

So, beer aficionados... which seasonal brews should I be on the look out for this year? Anything you're particularly excited about?

Where to start?!

Rammstein Oktoberfest ( best American marten IMO).
Paulaner Oktober
Hacker Oktober

Punking DfH
Pumking Southern Tier

To many pumpkin beers to list. Some are terrible but these are some of me favorites. As for the Marzens those 3 are top notch. Best of the best.

I'm a BCBS fan all day. Pumpkin is the one thing Im good without due to a pumpkin/sweet potato pie mix up years ago. All I really go after I'm the fall is BCBS and BTAC. Other than I buy whatever's good but I can live without it lol

Not a pumpkin fan, but I really enjoy Founders breakfast Stout. And when shopping on a small budget I get Sam Adams Octoberfest.

Friday night we went to a tasting at Terrapin Brewing Company in Athens, GA. They were pouring their pumpkin ale through two randles one which had candied pecans and the other had vanilla beans. Both were amazing combinations. We also grabbed a bottle of Rogue "Voodo Donut" and it was amazing. A chocolate, peanut butter and banana bear, sounds gross but it was great!

Then again, there is a lot of regular production stuff in San Diego that kicks ass...

Man, I made Apple Shine for years and just have been to lazy to do it this year. I need to get on it sometime. It would save me some money on alcohol.

Yeah I'm just taking the easy method of adding 190 proof Everclear to the mix. The lady would murder me if I set up a still in the apartment...

Finally have Green Flash brews in Indiana and I can't stop drinking their Double Stout and Imperial IPA.

Sam Adams Octoberfest is a mass produced fave of mine. I'm sitting in a local brewery in Asheville, NC right now drinking all kinds of tasty beers from the area. I wish they could bottle this Oyster Stout they have. F$&king delish!
