Hey guys,

just checking in, been smoking the occasional cigar for the last decade or so. But finding a girl that happens to enjoy cigars as much as I do has lead me to start taking this hobby a bit more seriously than buying a few singles every month. This week I finally I broke down and bought all the goodies to make my own mini coolidor (48qt coleman, 1/5 lb HF beads and caliber hygro) just finished cleaning it out and letting it sun bathe and now that it doesnt stink anymore its time to put a stick or two in it. Been lurking on here and puff for a few years now, glad to finally join. I usually go to tobacco barn in El toro if anyone else on here frequents the joint ill definitely say hi if I see ya.

your telling me man, im so fortunate with this one. No bs she likes cars (my least wallet friendly hobby) and is even willing to go fish with me too. And not like sit in the boat and ask when were going home fishing, im talking serious hook em, reel em in and cook em type days. She actually just got me a new xicar cutter for an anniversary gift and was asking when im going to start a humidor after giving a few excuses why I didnt want to, mostly based on the cost of filling one with cigars she said yolo.... I said eff it and ordered everything that night hahah.

also im a les paul player, another not so wallet friendly hobby

And spinal tap is definitely a cult classic you love or hate but in my experience if you show it to someone who has never seen it they will love it. Little secret, if you are a big enough geek buy/netflix the dvd with commentary and watch it through with the commentary. No bs the commentary is arguably just as funny if not funnier than the original movie dialogue if that is even possible.
