IIRC, some people had similar issues but finally got to him.
The only other person I know is Chasidor and he is AWFUL. 6+ months with no email, no product, and no refund. I had to file a BBB complaint to get my money back.

Well here's my Dilemma.... Love the look of the wineador but I can't get ahold of Forrest (guy that build draws for all different model wineadors) for the life of me and it has me jammed up so know I'm just waiting and waiting to hear back from him. But if you can build a cabinet and can get Spanish cedar you shouldn't have an issue with draws. Temp controlled is great to have for the summers. Just my .02 though
