Hello all,

I joined the forum a few months ago and I'm finally getting around to an introduction. I've been smoking for 5-6 years but over the past 6 months or so it's become more of a passion. Up until then I had a 50 count desk top Humi and would typically buy a few samplers every couple of months from CI or Famous. I was always drawn to fuller, stronger smokes and my first box purchase was Oliva V Double Robustos. Still one of my favorites and I've probably gone through 6 boxes in the last few years

And then I stumbled across this forum and it's been down hill (or down the slope) ever since! I had tried a few Acids in the past and they just weren't for me. After reading about and finally trying an LP9, I'm full-on addicted! In the past few months I've filled a second 50-count as well as a fairly large Tuppidore and will probably have to move to a larger Coolidore soon. Totally digging the full Liga Privada and HE lines as well as Tats, Illusiones, My Father, etc. and I'm finaly starting to appreciate the idea of aging cigars and wathing them progress over time. I recently tried my first Unico (fortunate enough to snag a box of UF-13s) and I just bought a box of JDN 1970s to tuck away for a while.

Another passion of mine is brewing, which I've been doing for about 8 years. I started with extract kits and quickly progessed to all-grain. I now own about 20 kegs and have a full 18 cubic foot converted chest freezer with 5 Perlik taps in the garage. Like cigars, I now mostly enjoy full bodied/flavored beer, particullarly Belgian Quads and Triples, Imperial Stouts, and Barleywines.

Anyway, thanks for reading. I'm not much of a poster but will certainly like to start participaing in trades soon. I guess I should probably get involved in the Newbie Trade thread...
