Got a meat counter at the "gas station" close by that I can get two pond rib eyes at. Fucking delish! Seared on each side for ~8 mins. Med rare, yum! Only in Denver, NC will you find a full service butcher at a gas station. People think I'm crazy when I tell them about it until they see it!
