A couple small steaks, with fried onions in a cabernet sauvignon reduction serve with mashed cauliflower with a horseradish cream sauce.

Made two amazing smoked salmon appetizers last night. The one on the left used cream cheese, butter and dill on top of cucumber and the one on the right was a puff pastry filled with a lemon creme fresh and tobiko (fish eggs).

Last nights meal was smoked turkey, black & blue cranberry sauce and an epic pumpkin-pomegranite risotto which was washed down with a pinot noir from Merry Edwards. I had 3 helpings of the risotto it was so damn good!

Frozen Fried pickles and Mozzarella sticks.. Cause apparently my wife didn't plan anything for dinner tonight👎.......But that's all Ill say about that! 😡
