I have heard some nice things about Tesa cigars, and decided to place an order for 10 of the Cabinet 312. After a bit of difficulty with a delay in the processing, I received my cigars, along with a sampling of their other lines as well....maybe 20 cigars total! (Still need to sort through the package and see exactly what's what...)

Just very refreshing that a relatively new and smaller boutique company would make up for a rough start this way. :applause:

I did smoke one of the 312's yesterday...Very much ROTT, so wasn't expecting much. Did pick up espresso and spice on a nice medium background. Will need to let these rest and post up a proper review

I order from them quite a bit and they just started doing a twelve days of Christmas special. So I'm psyched. I am really glad you got the 312 because it is hands down my favorite smoke they make and they are releasing a lancero next year.

I really want them to do well because they have done nothing but support our club and been absolutely awesome.

So wait...One of you has smoked a lance, and the other says they are coming out with one next year (scratched head)
I'm local to Tesa and do quite a bit of work with Chris the owner -- I have had the occasional access to product in testing.

It's posts like this that make me want to try a new cigar brand. The insight, information on how you were rewarded for your patience and/ or perhaps a "hiccup" in the initial service is what drives me to new companies and new products. It's not always what you get from a company that defines them, it is what you get when they act as everyone else......human, with an occasional mistake, etc.

I'll be dropping some $ on this place and the delicious-sounding 312's!

A lot of people don't know this but they have been around since 2002 I believe. They are also one of the few boutique brands that have their own factory in Nicaragua (Nuestra Fabrica); which in my book is pretty awesome. When you follow them on Facebook you get to see some of the posts from the work in the factory. Granted I believe it's a smaller place but it's all ran by knowledgeable people and family which is one thing that really makes a boutique shine.

The facts are accurate and I agree with the opinions as well :D

Can I just say it's real nice to see someone post a positive thread about customer service?

It is post like this that make me want to try their cigaars. I am always on the look out for something new and off of the beaten path.

Thanks Hoshneer. Update: Spoke with Anthony this afternoon, smokes are en route (rec'd the tracking number). Really looking forward to the 312. Also learned Tesa will be updating their website, which may remedy the delays.

I'm experiencing a similar delay (ordered 12/6). Tesa must be pretty busy.
Yeah, if you don't see it give them a call. Its a very hectic shop sometimes.
