Soooooo.... Sold some sticks on lame pal to a guy on Instagram. And he put thanks for the great cigars or something like that in the message box. And now my accounts froze. I made two purchases via friends and family just before it was locked out but they stopped them. Customer care said my money should be returned to me, or sent to the other people shortly but couldn't give an exact time. Anyone have an experience with this? Mainly about how long this will take?

if all they put is "thanks for the great cigars" in the comment box I would try to argue that with p@yp@l to get them to unfreeze your account. you can argue that the cigars were your xmas gift to him, unrelated to this transaction and he just wanted to thank you again for them. they might not buy it, but its worth a shot. Beyond that i dont know how long it will take for the refunds. But as a reminder for other people, when dealing with poopal always make sure the remind the person to not mention anything related to tobacco or a sale

Okay guys. So the owner of fine ash cigars here in AZ. (Sam) and I were talking about this and he told me to tell fail pal that I sold the guy the box because it's collectible Not the cigars inside but it did have cigars inside. And he was thanking me for including them because it makes it more valuable. So I did this and boom. They are fixing it by the end of the day. If you ever have this problem do this.
