Stickers & Bands for Dating Cigars?

What stickers and/or bands do you all use for dating your cigars? I'm at three humidors and five gallon freezer bags full of cigars, and would like to know when the cigars were bought a few years down the line.

I've found that most cigars enjoy jazz bands when we go on dates

I understand the appeal of writing the date that each cigar was purchased, but is there other useful information that people are writing on these bands? Also, do you date every cigar in the humidor or just those that you plan to hold for an extended period of time?

I place the Box code if its a CC. Box date if its a Nc. When I received/purchased it.
Who it's from:
I.E. W.B. G (for gift) or W.B. P (for purchase maybe a box split)
or another example W.B. 2010 Anejo 46 PN (poker night)
That way the only one I would gift away if I deem so would be the one Anejo from when I won at poker night or the other example I purchased along with W.B. in abox split.

I use ziploc baggies made for single cigars. I write any pertinent information on it and the baggy protects the cigars from damage since I like to move them around a lot. I use the 2"x8" size #AL0028 found HERE.

I use Avery #5414 mini-labels available at any of the big office supply stores. They work great! Just small enough to fit on the back of the cigar band or cellophane.
