I think the price change was a big shock to everyone, but they say the tobacco that went into this years was more expensive. Who really knows lol, but I personally think this years UNR blew last years out of the water!
I respectfully disagree. I smoked a robusto and a toro, both were good, but I enjoyed the 2012 ROTT much better. With a year of age, they are phenomenal.

Honestly I just smoked an 858 sungrown and I enjoyed a $6 stick more than the 2013 Unnameds I smoked.

Agree. I still have 4 12's left and they were much better. The 13's comes in both a robusto and toro, wrapper is thinner and cracks easier, and the taste is not as good IMO.

Totally cool, that's the best part about cigars. Everyone has different opinions. 2013 to me has much more depth in flavors, stronger, and changes all the way through.

I have a box of the 2012, and I have a box of the 2013. They're completely different. The 2012 is supposed to be a don Carlos on the inside with the 858 Sungrown wrapper. They're tasty, smoothe and mellow. The 2013 is totally different. Pepper, Big spicy cedar. Intense. I liked the 2013's better. One guy that works at my B&M described the 2013 as "what Opus used to smell like". He said that Opus used to have a very distinctive aroma, and that the 2013's reminded him of them. I've never had an Opus more than a year old, and none of the pre 2005 stuff, so I have no idea. The 2013 Unnamed is tasty, and I'm looking forward to seeing how they change over time.
