Fill your car's gas tank and go start it every few hours to prevent the engine block from freezing (I thought I gave that shit up when I moved from Canada).

And remember that alcohol has a very very low freezing point, so binge on vodka and you should be safe. Wait, that may not be right...

I've snowblown my driveway twice and will once more before bed...hate it piling up...each time we had 3-4 on the ground and it's still coming down fast. Cleaned my car off once, will when I go back out.
