2011 Jose L. Piedra Cazadores
Wheat-y, bread-y, creamy, touch of nuttiness, bright citrus (almost lemon zest) in-and-out, mineral back-bone. These are rustic, and flavorful ROTT, age makes them almost too subtle. A box that EVERY smoker should have in the humidor; for the price cannot be beat.
