The wife and I are moving to a new apartment so I'm going to be off and on over the next few weeks. One thing I'm excited about is that the new complex allows BBQs and grills (most of them in NY do not because of the fire marshals). I can finally get back to grilling again after a 7 year hiatus!!!! So looking forward to the spring weather when meats of various kinds can hit the grill and that sweet sound of searing can be heard again! Now I gotta go out and get BBQ sauces!

In all seriousness, I have two sauce recipes that are the only ones you'll EVER need. One has been placed on meats that have won countless contests all over TN, MS, etc. it comes from Memphis and is obviously a Memphis style sauce.
The other is the best sauce I've ever tried. Comes from a BBQ joint somewhere in Missouri, and precious few people have it. May share it with all the brothers here at some point but I'd like to ask permission first.
I do need your addy to make sure these recipes get to you safely.

Yea it is, especially if you've got a huge box with it stuck to the top hahaThe addy is pretty easy to find.
Oh and congrats on having a grill again. Couldn't imagine 7 years without a cold drink, a lit cigar, and a fired up grill. Welcome back to the land of the grillin! Now we have a few months till it gets warm to bomb you sauces/rubs/beverages!
