I just threw up.I once found a mouse at the bottom of my Pepsi bottle.
Oh definitely man I'm curious myself. It's a little off topic so forgive me, but it talks of the human aspect of the cigar. Buddy of my brothers once explained to a non cigar smoker/skeptic why he smoked cigars. I'm paraphrasing but it went something like " Man from the first cold draw to the last burning inch, a cigar is that rollers time. When you smoke one your smoking years of perfecting a craft. Those blenders/rollers etc put their heart and soul into that cigar. In essence dude....your smoking their soul...their passion...one amazing draw after another...." There were a lot of booze involved that evening so it might have sounded cooler then. But either way I thought it sounded pretty cool, if not crazy.Even if he doesn't address it. He IS a stand up guy. Stuff like this happens. It's a huge company. There is bound to be errors. These are hand rolled by humans. And humans by nature make mistakes. It happens. Not a big deal. Although I am still curious to know what exactly it is lol.Seeing the way JD has been in the past, he either has seen this already or will see it. My guess is he'll address it. And we all know what kinda stand up guy he is.
I once found an actual chicken foot in the middle of one of those small popcorn chicken baskets KFC used to have.....I kept eating....I kinda hate myself for it.I just threw up.I once found a mouse at the bottom of my Pepsi bottle.

I'm not sure you should have taken it down... seems like an ongoing issue recently... maybe someone at DE should know about it...Actually I posted a pic in IG, but took it down cause a friend pointed out that that is kinda putting DE on blast in a bad way. But before I took it down I got a comment from an IG follower saying that he had the same thing in a no.9 as well.So this has been found in 3 different DE cigars? I'm not trying to insinuate anything, but it certainly is interesting.
Maybe. But IMHO it would be more respectful to address them privately than make it know publicly. Imagine if you had a huge company. One of your employees goofs up. In this situation a few. You'd want to know about it so you can fix it right? But you sure wouldn't want someone making it more public than what it always is. JD is a feat guys and he's doing awesome stuff with DE. Give the guy a chance to take care of it. Heck its not his fault and I'm sure he'd want to make it right without having someone make his company look bad publicly before he gets a chanceI'm not sure you should have taken it down... seems like an ongoing issue recently... maybe someone at DE should know about it...Actually I posted a pic in IG, but took it down cause a friend pointed out that that is kinda putting DE on blast in a bad way. Maybe it's just me but I DONT see anyone bashing DE or Drew. We all know its a great company filled with people who love what they do and is led by a owner who puts his life into his craft. It would seem like more of a curiosity post than a bashing one.......I for one am not looking for anything in return just related to the subject. Nothing disrespectful about it.Maybe. I just meant that if it got posted some people may look at it the wrong way. I know no one here would ever bash DE. We all here know and love them. But not everyone is familiar with how well they are and it may make them stray away from buying DE cigars. Just my thoughts. no disrespect taken. Just an honest conversion with honest thoughtsMaybe it's just me but I DONT see anyone bashing DE or Drew. I wouldn't expect him to. But maybe he could identify what it is. For me that's more what it is. Wonder what it is. I'm curious. That's all. You can't expect every cigar to be perfect. They make so many there are bound to be a few. Anyone that can't understand that is crazy.... and I hope JD doesn't just start throwing cigars at people because they had a one-off experience like this.
Seriously.
Yeah I messaged JD. Just to ask what it is lol. And that way it's doesn't come off like I'm bashing DE. I'm totally not. Just curious.I'm not sure you should have taken it down... seems like an ongoing issue recently... maybe someone at DE should know about it...Actually I posted a pic in IG, but took it down cause a friend pointed out that that is kinda putting DE on blast in a bad way. Nice Tom. : )I don't think JD will get angry reading this thread...Hell, the way some of you guys are gushing, he might get a semi. eckkiss:
