I don't have any recipes but I know a local (local to me) company that has some pretty good Bloody Mary mix and pepper jelly and a few other things. Www.sweetblazes.com
I can honestly say I have not tried the Bloody Mary mix but if it's as good as the pepper jelly or the honey mustard sauce then it's got to be good.

A Bloody Mary begins and ends with zing zang mix IMO.

Also lawrys salt on the edge of the glass.

Sorry can't help you with a real recipe.

I must say that my Bloody Mary mixture is a secret, but as far as pre-made mix..

The best ever, and I know my bloody mary stuff, is Whisky Willy's.

By far the best pre-made IMO, better than Zing Zangs, T's, any of those....in my opinion that is, want to stress that.

I've typically used mixes before and they always seem to be, at best, "okay". I've added things like habanero vodka and garnished with a variety of items, but the mix itself is something I have never seemed to be able to master. I get close, but not quite there.

I second the Zing Zang. It's good and the price is right. Nice and chewy! I add a little more fresh horse radish but it's great right out of the bottle.

I use two fresh peppers, cut them in half, and leave them in the vodka for about 45 minutes. You have to use it in a heavy drink as it will make your lips numb and set your mouth on fire. I * LOVE* heat and this stuff is very hot. Last batch I also threw in a tablespoon of tellicherry peppercorns for color.

The taste is wonderful, too. Gets the fruitiness of the habanero.

There is a really good Bloody Mary mix from Indiana, called Hoosier Mama, I use it all the time. Also Bacon vodka is great to add. We should see if anyone from Wisconsin has anything to say, that state is all about the crazy Bloody Marys!
