Hey everyone, the name's Edwin, and I live in the Dallas area.

I haven't been smoking long, I'd say it still hasn't even been a year. When I first started I think I went and bought all the cheap sticks off cbid just to have something. I still haven't tried too many blends mainly cause I don't make much lol. But some of the one's I've liked the most were Cinco Vegas Triple A, the maduro nub, the oliva g series, the Undercrown Corona viva, the arganese ml3, and almost all the fuentes I have tried(no opus yet). Earlier this month I bought a decently sized pipe starter kit if you wanna call it that so I can save up for a big stogie purchase :D

PS. I did not see if there was a pipe introduction thread, or did I just miss it?

Welcome! I was in Dallas back in 1999 for a business meeting in February. Day I was supposed to leave, there was a huge blizzard here in Chicago. By 10:00 AM, my 5:00 PM flight had already been cancelled. I was "forced" to stay in Dallas where it was 73° and sunny. A few of us headed over to Three Forks for the best steak I have had in my life.

Dallas holds a special place in my heart because of that.

Now if we could just get y'all to understand that beef is for grilling and not BBQ'ing...

There's a really good bbq spot in umm...The grapevine area and I believe they have another location, but their ribs are so good. I'm drooling ha
