Headed to CA

Headed to CA on Wed. My mother is having some surgery, so my sis and I'll be helping her out. NOW This lady is 87 years old, weight all of 93 lbs, about 4' 8" and (Still could kick my ass around the block) this lil lady is a ball of fire, I just hope when I'm her age I have half of the spunk she has.....

I'm not much on medical stuff, they say the surgery is minor. she has a blocked right renal (to the kidney) the artery is blocked. So they will put in a stent, which should open things back up. The surgery is supposedly "minor"..she won't be under heavy anesthetics...only a local. It is like an angiogram, from all I have
read.....

Renal Artery Stent. Should be done by an interventional radiologist under sedation. They are very good at what they do. I would imagine she is having trouble with high blood pressure.

We'll certainly keep her and you in our thoughts and prayers!

Well Guys I'm home for the Nite, Mom is resting well and all is good, we will bring her home sometime tomorrow morning. I knew she would be ok when she told one of the Nurses that the TV better pick up the "Brave and Giants" game or I'm out of here.....
