For the last few weeks I am getting pop ups or lets say small windows poping up all over the place as I browse. I almost can not browse sometimes for the pop ups get in the way. Click them gone and they come back. I have gone through explorer to look for settings but with no luck. The pop ups are on many websites not just here. Thank you for your time

When you open browser is a strange search engine page automatically becoming your home page
No Its like windows sliding in from the top bottom and sides of the browser window not actually new windows. It is horrible on ebay, amazon and a few others. Not as much here. It looks like crazy advertising windows the adds are about what ever you are trying to look at and get in the way.

Yeah a lot of viruses add extensions in chrome
Chrome sucks. Worst browser I've seen.
Download adaware or spybot search and destroy. They have free versions. Also keet antivirus up to date. Many of them have built in adware programs.
Also when downloading ANY software always do a custom install and watch for addins that will be installed. CNET, filehippo, and other sites have gotten very bad about this.
