I have tried several lanceros and they weren't really favourites of mine I am actually a robusto guy. But after trying more lanceros they are very delicious only one I didn't like was a Pedron. Not for me didn't do much at all.

First lance I tried was the day before an event for Valeroso cigars at my local b&m. Tried their lancero on recommendation and was blown away at the flavor. Went to the event and bought a couple more and told Sean of Valeroso how great a job they did on them. Such a great smoke, even being a novice smoker I enjoyed this over every other shape I have tried. I now go looking for them whenever I stop into shops. Have the La Aurora 107 lance sitting in the humidor. Tonight it will burn!

Yea, a local B&M here in Houston sells them. I am going to snag some more next week I think.

Fuente Fuente Opus X Destino al Siglo Phantoms....absolutely amazing. Opus on STEROIDS!
Casa Fuente Lance - got a fiver of these on flea bay, and they are tasty, very highly rated at Halfwheel
Quesada Espana Ninfa - Not sure if this is a true lancero since its 38 ring, but these are tasty too! Watch for who gets the next box of 50 and call them.
Tatuaje Black Label Petite Lance - available if you look, and pretty darn good.

I have a Don Carlos lance in the humi that's been sitting for a year, very much looking forward to it, as well as the Hererra Esteli lance when they come out. I bought the 10 lancero sampler at Jack Schwartz, but haven't gotten into it yet since everything needed to rest, and the first one I grabbed looked pretty wet, had to put it back and get an Opus! I think I could smoke lanceros all the time. It amazes me when I see guys with these 64 ring monster cigars....a little scary and seem more like smoking pole than a cigar!

I just posted this on the cigar deals thread but thought that I would post it here as well.

I just spoke with Tony at Big Star Cigar in Nashville and he has 2 boxes of Headley Grange Drumsticks available if anyone is looking for them. Cost would be $111.65 (including tax) if you picked them up locally and $110.20 (including shipping) if he shipped them to you outside Tennessee. This is an awesome B&M and due to their relationship with (and proximity to) Crowned Heads it is the first place that new Crowned Heads products have been released. I realize that this is not necessarily a "deal" but if anyone is looking for these there are a couple of boxes available.
