One repeated question I've seen is colidors trays storage and space. I recently received:
Coleman 9 QT Tray set
3pc Spanish Cedar tray set for your Coleman 9 qt coolidor. Holds approx 150 5.5 x 42rg cigars.
$30.00
From wineadors.com aka Forrest aka golfnut on botl I believe
They're very well built I like them a lot. I literally had 13 coolers laying around so I just grabbed a 34 qt which he didn't have the dimensions to so I ordered trays for a smaller cooler.

Tried to take pics at an angle to show their depth and wall thickness. I still have room for boxes and trays and these helped clear space in my desktops. I never compared prices I just like to support people here. At 30 bucks for the 3 I'm very satisfied. Took about 9 weeks as I ordered during the Xmas rush very close to Black Friday . But I wasn't in a hurry and they're worth the wait. I may order more and move into one the larger coolers but so far coolidoring is easy and has been a success

It takes a very long time to get his stuff, but the quality is amazing!

Like I said they're worth the wait.

I'm not a woodworker but these are better than any trays I've had. Also I already knew they'd take a while, my need was not urgent and I'm not impatient.

I wouldn't say it's very long but it's not next week.. But from what I've seen it's worth the wait.. You can see the quality, why spend less when you can have the best IMO

Couple more pics

Next to what I guess is a standard humidor tray

Under view

The new opus tray

Again I wasn't In a hurry but worth the wait. I already know I'm moving into a bigger cooler which will end up being for storage of ccs and opus and anything else worth aging or aging is necessary . but even if I go to the 150 qt, these will go on the shelves just fine. The desk tops will be for easy grabs, on deck smokes and "those" guys that "smoke cigars" lol

I ordered the trays for my cooler from Forrest about 1-1/2 years ago and have been VERY happy. Yes I had to wait about 6 weeks but it was well worth it.

The photos below are a little bit dated but give a general idea of how I have my cooler set up. The trays are stacked on top of each other on the right and there is room for boxes on the left. Since that time I have added a second cooler (just for boxes) and am about to get a third. IMHO coolers are the only way to go.

Single tray

4 filled trays

Two cabinet boxes with tops removed and Kitty litter on the bottom

4 Trays (on right) stacked on top of cabinet boxes and KL and full boxes stacked up (on left)
