Thanks in part to the continued support of our 'loyalists' who went to their B&Ms and /asked/ for LAS CALAVERAS, we've managed to pre-sell nearly 75% of the entire 2014 production in a matter of 4 days.

He is mentioning that Crowned Heads has pre-sold to retailers. If there are any retailers doing pre-sale to consumers I don't see it. I know we are getting them in but not sure when, haven't heard an expected ship date yet.

I remember when a lot of LE's were pre-sold over the phone or in person, so I though the comment was related to actual customer pre-ordering.

More importantly, good to know that your shop will have them...Let's all try there first

BOTL - Just to clarify....we began pre-booking the 2014 production of LAS CALAVERAS EL 2014 late Monday--the cigars will begin SHIPPING early May.

That said, over 75% of the total production/allotment is now spoken for. Hope that helps....

I guess there was some misunderstanding with my post above^
It is my humble opinion that we should give our site sponsors first shot when we are buying cigars...After realizing that Emerson's will carry the Los Calaveras, I was trying to emphasize that opinion.

I agree 100 percent with those predicting this will be a great cigar...It is pretty much a sure bet with CH. I just bought a JDHR box, and I can't wait for them to settle down a bit before I cremate them

I've been a fan of most things CH produces and they just seem to be getting better with each new release. With a Four Kicks EL the year after initial release and a Headley Grange EL the next year, I was expecting to see a JD Howard Reserve EL this year. Any word on that or does this Las Calaveras now take over from the other EL series?
