Put some KL on the top and some on bottom. Rotate every couple months. That should help regulate rH between top and bottom and it's what I do in my 28 bottle. I don't use a fan at all in there, just a coffin of KL in each drawer and rotate. Stays rock solid stable.

So a little bit of an update today. I just received a cedar tray today that I bought off of eBay for $12 shipped. Cleaned it up and added it to the cooler, also grabbed my digital hydrometer to see how accurate the analog one was. Btw, it was way off. I decided to try out the fan that came with the cooler just to see how it would change the humidity and temp. Turns out the motor on the fan spiked up the temp inside to about 82 degrees which made me think. What is the right temp that you should have inside a humidor?
