So I couldn't find the post from fourkicksfan from yesterday so I decided to just make one, sorry if I'm in the wrong neighborhood here....

So I simply had 2 CH cigars that were plugged on me, couldn't smoke them...granted it was weird that it was 2 in a row, but it's hand made products that require careful storage on top of that.

So anyway, those 2 cigars, Jon sends me this. I am speechless. I'll just show the picture and say thanks, tip my hat. Made my day, made my weekend already, man....

Jon and his company are everything I think a company should be.

Care for their product as much as their consumers.

If more companies did things this way. We would be living in a dream world.

Awesome customer service! Such little expense on their part but the effort makes such a difference to customers. That's the kind of thing that makes you happy to support a company (in addition to great cigars of course).

Amen to this. Seems so obvious to me, too -- treat your customers right, engender loyalty, increase profits over the long haul. Everyone wins.

What is the stick on the left?
That's 2 Headley Grange Drumsticks (lanceros)

These sold out already, so Jon said he pulled them from his own stash.

You can still find these in stores but they aren't producing them anymore.

Also far right is pre production of their new cigar. Las Calaveras. Saw a picture of the final band other day, but this was sent from first batch from before the band.

It's first time for me having a pre production cigar. Still ridin high on this package from yesterday.

Not even surprised Jeff. What more can be said. Class act move by class act folks.

And dang jealous of that Las Calaveras, we need a review!!!
Ha, I know I was thinking that, only problem is I'm not muchbof a review writer.

I don't think I could write things like, "as the 2nd third started, the mockingbirds perched above as the clouds rolled slowly in...the cigar sensed this and decided to open up into hints of rosemary dancing across my tongue" lmao

I do like reading those but my review would be like, it lit correctly, lots of smoke, good draw, cigar was awesome, I nubbed it"

Ha, but I could do one still, no seriously, I will definitely smoke that one when I can concentrate and give my opinion on it soon as I do. Trying to let it redt for at least a week after its 3 day trip cross country, but I may not make it, I'm salivating already.

Your kind of reviews are actually my favorite. I can't stand how some are so overly peppered with meaningless adjectives. It's a cigar. It's tobacco. It's not a New York style cheesecake flavored with a bit of honey. That's just something you made up so your palate sounds more refined and we should def trust you.

That said I understand people do pick up flavors I can't identify yet. I'm just stating that sometimes... It's a little much.

Agreed. "I am picking up leather and earth, reminds me of the time I licked the bottom of my shoe." Not saying this is BS, just saying I don't have a clue what those flavors taste like and figure licking a dirty shoe would solve that problem. Any review you do would help us make a better decision on whether we should pick some up. Also, just cause you pick up a flavor doesn't mean that we would get the same thing out of it. Just let us know if it is worth the hype.
