I am just curious as to knowing if this is the best place to get drawers and shelves for it.

Not sure if this is the same person most of you guys use. I dont think I can go crazy spending hundreds of dollars but if this is the same guy you use I wonder if it is worth the money and the wait?

Personally, I think it's a waste of money. If I wanted something pretty, I would buy a cabinet.

But clearly that is a personal opinion.

chasidor is another alternative, If I ever get a wine cooler I think im using them.
If you want to wait forever... he does good work as that's what I had, but unless he has changed recently, you can literally wait 4-6 months before you see'em.
I waited 9 months without even an email, and had to use the BBB to get my money back.

Can not and will not recommend chasidor.

That's what I did. He was like 3-4months out when I looked.
Holy cow, when did you look?

I just ordered my drawers 2 weeks ago, assuming the estimated 5 week timeline still on his home page was still the standard wait time.

It says he is going on vacation or something for like a week, so in my mind, as opposed to the 5 week timeline, I sort of guessed at an extra 3 weeks tagged on which would put me at 2 months waiting.

You are saying the wait is 3 to even 4 months? Can you expand on that?

Every email I sent him asking about placing my order, he answered. Out of curiosity, I emailed and asked if ordering at that moment would put my drawers getting shipped before his vacation or after his vacation.

He fell silent when I sent that email...about 12 hours of not hearing, I emailed 1 last question I had about measurements I needed so I could go ahead and order, he answered that right away.

It was then I knew that if I wanted to place the order, I would have to be very okay with just waiting as long as it takes him and not to expect any communications that had to do with updates.

I ultimately was okay with it, considering my options and ordered them. Hopefully it doesn't take 3-4 months though, man.

You may/probably already know this but just in case, cheaphumidors has well priced cedar trays that you can use temporarily (or permanently) that sit right on top of your wire shelving, until you are able to get the drawers from Forrest or whomever. I just ordered one while I'm waiting and it got to my house in 3 days.

Okay 3-4 weeks is no problem whatsoever, you originally said 3-4 months.

Which one did you mean? (please say weeks, lol)

When I asked around Christmas I was told 3-4 months. Now it looks like most are told 3-4 weeks.

I'm going on 8 weeks of no responses to emails since payment sent. Expect at the very minimum 3 months... if you can get him to respond after you send money. I have been talking with another member who sent money in December for cooler shelves and has not received his yet.

Sorry to hear this. Just another reason to build your own.
