I'm really big into brewing beer and would someday like to open a brewpub/cigar lounge and was just curious how many other BOTL brew there own beer if any. 🍺🍻🍺🍻🍺🍻🍺🍻

I have the gear and used to do it a lot (a batch per week) but in the past few years I've only done a few. Need to get back to it.

I have the rice and the yeast for doing Sake. I want to try that next

I tried that once. Very labor intensive, but actually turned out well

mmmm i love mead. Not had the best consistency, but have not tried a batch since I built a fermentation chamber. Need to give it another go.

That's one I've wanted to make but never pulled the trigger on. Honey is getting expensive.

you aren't kidding, especially varietals

Edit: we have a fantastic local meadery who sells 750 ml bottles for $20 plus, honey is cheaper than that
