EDIT: I'm not trying to be a smartass, just curious. If its just pappy on the band then it seems like a marketing gimmick and a reason for them to raise the price for no reason.

Would love to try both. Unfortunately here in TN the spirit is nowhere to be found, and I doubt we'll get the cigar. The last shipment of Pappy that showed up had 50 people standing in line for 6 hours+ to buy a bottle for $200. Yipes. Love bourbon but there is a limit....

Was at Riverside today and saw boxes of these, so they are real. I did not see an open box and they were slammed busy, so I didn't ask about opening one to grab a couple singles. Maybe next trip.
