We gave them their asking price since it was a steal to begin with...we gave them until 5pm central today to reply. Our realtor had some doctor appointments the first half of today so I figure we should hear from her this afternoon.

Todd, in all honesty, congrats my friend. You will certainly not regret being out of the hustle & bustle of the east coast. Life seems to be savored west of the Mississippi a little more than East. Just don't freak all those flatlanders out with your Va. drawl!
