He's not a dictator. Venezuala has an elected president and a parliament. He doesn't like neocon globalists, so of course hes a harsh critic of the current administration.

Normally, diplomats will say things that SOUND mild but have an entirely different meaning in "Diplo Speak".

To just come out and call another national leader "The Devil", is a pretty big insult.

And there is no way that was an "accidental" insult.

Kind of sad to think that some tiny little country in South America has lost ALL respect for our government, our nation, and political conventions.

I personally think he is a jackass, but other countrys view him as some sort of hero.
