Any opinions on Partagas serie du connaiseur?

I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on the partagas serie du connaiseur series, I am looking for some thinner ring guage cigars to add to my collection. How does the flavor profile compare to the shorts?

I have been a fan of them for a long time.
They do require some self control with smoking them sloooow. If you do smoke them very controlled you will be rewarded with a very tasty smoke that is very momorable.

Not a strong in your face smoke like a fresh Party short but a smooth elegant flavor.

If you are looking for some smaller ring guages to add, you might consider Raphael Gonzales Slenderella and Punch Ninfas. Both outstanding smokes imho.

Which slim cigar would you recommend I try? I am also considering the cohiba coronas Especiales though they are a bit expensive. I have the patience to smoke a thin cigar without overheating it and I like how thin cigars have more full intense flavors when savored.

I had a erdm demitasse last night in the hottub and is was a flavorful small smoke. It is good traning for lack of a better term for learning how to enjoy a small smoke without the expense or time investment of the longer smokes.
That is just my opinion.

I think they are mild in strength, but have this pungent floral (almost citrusy (not bitter, but fruity), for lack of a better term) quality that I like.

I love the Especiales. Fantastic cigar with a lot of flavor. I'm also a big fan of teh Raphael Gonzales lonsdale. Get those quick because they have been discontinued.

When well aged, they gain a very robust, yet smooth earthy flavor. VERY appealing. Probably my 2nd fav aged profile...

Of the du connaiseur line, I prefer the #3. It is the same size as the Partagas Charlotte and noticeably smoother. The 1's are just plagued with draw problems probably more than any other of the delicados.
