Here's what I'm talking about. Sexy as all hell
Those look good! They're just a different end goal than what I wanted.
I put this together because I wanted a clean, legible (my handwriting is NOT) way to reference, with multiple lines of text, and I didn't want to have to buy sheets of special pre-cut/perforated paper.
(And, if you want to add a graphic like that and need help, just ask, it's easy enough.)

I decided it was easier to just share a dropbox link, but I'll still email it to all who sent me PMs as well.
You'll see three worksheets in this file:
- The first is the blank template that will yield a column of 3" x 1" blocks on the left, a column of 2.5" x 1" in the center, and another column of 3"x 1" blocks on the right.
- The second sheet is just an example of some that I printed early on.
- The third sheet is a RG conversion chart I put together if you ever want to measure/identify an unknown cigar.
From the conversion chart, you can see that the 2.5" paper will cover everything 50 RG and below (great for lanceros, coronas, etc.) and the 3" paper covers up to a 60 RG.
For those not familiar with more in-depth usage of Excel, to do multiple lines within a cell, press "Alt+Enter" (if you just press enter it will leave the cell you're in and move to the cell below)
Once printed, I take these and dice them up on a paper cutter, columns at 3", 2.5" & 3" as noted above, rows as every 1", then just wrap and affix with a small piece of tape.
If you don't have a paper cutter in your household, a ruler (many are exactly 1" thick and make for easy 1" cuts that way) and a razor blade make short work of the cutting
Easy, clean, legible, and no special purchases. I hope some find a use for this - enjoy!
