It didn't address the part where you check a box saying "you can pick up your package at a warehouse that's a 45 minute drive from where you work during a four hour window that we know you can't get off work from in order to make, so that the only way you can receive your package is to take a half day of vacation..."

I don't even get that! Nothing like waiting around the house all day, just to see "Your package has been transferred to your local post office"... Every. Time.
