Yes, I know, a one dimensional, so, so, cigar, but if you have one, you just have to on the 4th, right? I have one Potomac and one Bottle Rocket left, with about 5 years of age. Probably smoke the Potomac as first cigar of the day, then on to the better stuff.

The Potomac this morning reminded me why I no longer buy CAO cigars. Sitting for 5 years in the low 60s, and still tight as could be. Also required half a dozen relights, and the flavor was meh, at best. I guess it's about time for one of my last Pepin rolled '32s.

I hope you enjoyed that Liberty. I put the '32 back, and went Tat tonight. Tat Reserve followed by a Tat Apocalypse. So much better then that crappy America. I don't know if I'll ever smoke that last Bottle Rocket.

Liberty was great. Ashed it while watching the "biggest hand lit fireworks display in the midwest" with my boys. It was a good 4th. Hope all of you out there had a great one as well.

Depending on who you're with and what you are doing sometimes the worst cigar in the world can still be one of the best you've ever had, if that makes sense. Sometimes people get too hung on what their smoking instead of the who or where.

Even July 4th can't make me smoke a CAO America. Just don't like the smoke and life's to short to smoke cigars that you don't enjoy.

Gotta disagree with this a bit. No matter how good the company, a bad smoke is a bad smoke and will be pitched.
