That Pliny is good stuff, but I prefer Blind Pig personally. That Sucuba is retarded good with some age on it. Very awesome hit! Kill that Pliny and Blind Pig with a quickness, the fresher the better on those two. Class Act work homebrewjourneys!!
Hear you about the pliny, but have you ever had it fresh outta the tap? Waaaay better than bottled. I like it better than blind pig on tap. I like pig better than pliny out of the bottle.
Its all about younger and then Heady Topper. MMMMM Hops

Not to be a naysayer, but I think that Younger is inconsistent year to year. it is usually too malty/sugary which ultimaetly muddles the hops. For Triple IPAs, I like Exponential Hoppiness from Alpine.

Exponential is awesome. But Younger is still my Fav. I can see the inconsistencies and can pick out a year or 2 where it wasn't as good but overall I have had it for the last 6 years in a row and it is awesome every time. Even the whole Pig is better than elder I don't get. In bottles and tap Elder is piny goodness. Pig is good but for me Elder and younger are way better. But that's a whole debate

Just like cigars, taste in beer is subjective. They are all great beers and examples of the style. I still prefer "unbalanced" IPAs that are aggressively bitter and peel the enamel off my teeth personally.
