Welcome from Arizona. It's awesome that you roll your own. I'm a big fan of making my own things. I brew beer (currently working on opening a brewery), make citrus wines, and roast my own coffee. Enjoy your stay, BOTL is a great site.

Nice! I can't believe you roast your own coffee...that is the first I've ever heard of anyone doing that!

Oh yeah! There are a few other home roasters around here too. If you have time and are interested in the process check out sweetmarias.com. That's where I order my beans from and they have a good tutorial section. If you like coffee, fresh home roast is tough to beat.
