Despite having my first cigar 17 years ago I listed my cigar smoking experience as 2 years. Two years ago I started paying attention to cigars and rather than smoke the occasional cigar when I was on vacation or was lucky enough someone brought cigars for me from Cuba. I enjoy cigars from various countries depending upon the mood. I noticed this forum before but was happy with my present sources of reading but somehow the feed started showing up on Taptalk and so I decided to join up rather than unintentionally lurk.

Welcome Tim! I moved here from Vancouver so I am quite familiar with the island. I never took the seaplane over which is one of my regrets.
Hey, there used to be a really nice tobacconist on Government St. Is it still there? They had a porcelain column in the center of the store with four brass lighter extensions coming out from it and they were constantly burning. Just had to walk up and light your cigar/pipe.
