Dr/ Eye Dr reviews

Do sites like these exist? I need to find a new optometrist. I'd like to do some research.....anyone got anything that would help?

I'd love to find a site like that. I had a tough time finding a doctor I was comfortable with the last couple times I had to switch. Heh, I had one that I never even met. Every time I went I saw the Nurse Practitioner instead of the doctor. For two years.

Will PM the info. Eyeglasses are easy -contacts are difficult and that is what he does well.

Ron has hours on the weekend.

If NYC is too far to travel - I'm ask him if he knows anyone on the other side of the Hudson.

Well I ended up going to my g/f's life long friends father. A very respected and successful Dr and my vision and comfort with contacts has never been better.

I'm glad I only need glasses for reading ...

Been wearing glasses for distance for about ten years. went to the eye doctor on Tuesday...bifocals are needed. One eye is far sighted and the other near sighted. Went with the progressive lenses. The doctor said I am a bit young to need bifocals (40 later this year) but at least I won't be one of those grumpy old men that complain that they do not work.

Nah, someone makes the appt. and then tells me what time/date it is. The nerve!
