My first upgrade...

So, after getting much knowledge from all the awesome Brothers here regarding the storage and humidification issues I was having.

I have recently graduated from this.....

70% HF TUBE. I couldn't keep it under 73%.

To this.....

2.5 Gal tuppedor with 2 65% Boveda packs in a 4 slot Spanish Cedar Boveda holder and a Xikar hygrometer/temp. Now it's at 65% and 68 degrees.


I'm hoping that my cigars will smoke a little better now and it will be easier to let them rest with a little more room.

Congrats man, great start! I began with one desktop 50 ct humidor, then another, then another, then a 150 ct, then another, then some tupperware, then some more tupperware, then a 120qt cooler and now I'm nearly all out of room in that! (Mind you, I only use the cooler now, so all the made in china humidors are empty, as are the tupperware). Moral of the story, go for as big as you can possibly go! You'll soon see what I mean ;-)

Until you are going for quality in quantity...

I can't really feed into this, I knew a long way ahead of time and started out with more storage than I've been able to fill in a year, so can't say I've been down the slope. I learned from others.
