So I really enjoy the Partagas Serie D No.4, and I have searched out what I think are two good vendor options.

My question is how do I determine what is a "good" price. NC prices are easy to figure. Being a CC noob its not so easy.
One has a 25 count box for $579 the other is $525.60. Does this seem in the proper ball park.

Not looking for vendor discussion here, just proper price point I should be looking to spend for this particular stick.

From my experience that price is way too steep. You should be able to find a couple of legit sites that sell a boxes of PSD4's in the range of $180.00 bucks.

Those sound like canadian prices, if i could get a canadian vendor to send to another province. The only resonable source i have found is the island it self when friends or myself go (will be friends for the next few years).

Send me half that money Ill send you a box lol
Mmmmm, yeah, I think I'll try another route..thanks for the offer though, haha.

And yes, I wouldve felt real dumb if I didn't ask you smart folks first and bought something way overpriced.
I know what site you were looking at. I'm pretty sure it was a Canadian one? From what I know, Canada has a ridiculously high tax on tobacco (someone from there can probably give a specific number). With that said, 99% of the time it's cheaper to buy from a source somewhere overseas. The one thing I do like about ordering from a Canadian source is that they are, mostly, authorized Habanos dealers, not grey market. The boxes you receive will have ALL labels in tact.

You can get them gor $65 for a 10 box

Good choice though, one of my favourite cigars
That a great price for a box of ten. I would gladly pay that all day. Last time I bought a box I think I paid 250 for 25.

Yeah this sounds right. Paul, weren't you telling me it was like $28 for a CAO locally? So, a $5-600 box of CCs is not surprising considering this scenario.
