I found a thread for a wineador build where the builder used a temp gauge to trigger a timer/outlet to turn on the thermo fan (or maybe it was just standard fans) and now I can't find it again.

Anyone know what was used or that can point me to more info?

I know most folks won't need this but my temps fluctuate because the wife likes to open windows so we feel like we're sleeping on the arctic tundra. If I keep the wineador in my garage I'm going to get temps in the high 80s during the summer. I'm just looking to get as much stability as I can.

I use WH7016C Thermostat switch. Programming takes a couple tries but once you figure it out it's not bad.

Terminals 1 and 2 are basically just a gate / switch. So you can use it as a trigger to an A/C OR D/C Switch.
Myself, I use 1 and 2 to close the ground on the fans.
These units come in a 12 vdc / 120AC or 220VAC varients as well as Fahrenheit or Celsius
Common config. Mine is actually 12V

They're like $15 on eblay. Other recommendations may be higher quality.
You program the trigger, the delay, conditions, you can even calibrate the thermometer.
