Heartfelt Customer Service Issue.

Hey guys, I have been having an issue with Heartfelt recently and was wondering if anyone here had any experience dealing with problems with them.

I received my order Aug 11th. Invoice had on it the beads I ordered along with 500 blank bands. However, the pkg only contained the beads. So I went on their website the following day and contacted them via email about it. Today made exactly 2 weeks with no response at all. I sent another email this morning to "David" who had sent me a confirmation email about my pkg being sent. No response there either as of yet. Has anyone had a similar issue with them? Feels like this might be a lost cause.

** I know a few of you will respond saying I should have just picked up some KL.....and yea....you're probably right.

I haven't ordered anything from him recently but he said he had a family emergency on his webpage and that the site won't ship anything until a certain date. I have no idea if that has anything to do with it but it might.

"Due to a family emergency Heartfelt will be closed from Saturday morning August 23 until Saturday morning September 6th.

During the time we are closed there will be a 15% discount store wide. All orders placed before 9:00 AM on Saturday morning the 23rd will ship before we close. All orders placed while we are closed will ship ASAP on our return.

I am very sorry for this closure.

About a half dozen orders without a single problem. Immediate order confirmation, quick shipping, accurate service.
Sorry for the OP's problem; hope for a resolution as soon as his crisis passes.

I tried to contact through email a couple minths back and never got a reply. Did the same as you, contact through the webpage and emailed the shipping confirmation address.

I had ordered a couple pounds of beads, along with misc. other items.
Shipment was fast, and complete. Went off without a hitch.
Even had emails throughout showing status of order.
Overall very impressed with David.

Im having a communication issue right now as well. i did order during the time they were away but i thought someone would have replied to my email by now. getting anxious about using my new winedor. sure they have a good reason but some communication would help. thinking about pulling the trigger on some KL since a lot of you guys use it.

He had left an item out of my shipment several months ago, and my emails to him went unanswered.

Eventually I had a member of this site send him a message via the forum messaging, which he received and then took care of the issue.

I think he may just have poor junk mail filtering in place.

UPDATE:
This may be the case. I had actually forgotten about this for a while. I emailed again yesterday, and finally got a response from David this morning. He said he had not received either of my previous emails, and said it could have been due to spam filtering. They did get my pkg sent out today. It's about 2 months from my original order, but they are on the way.

Glad they are taking care if it. Never ordered from them so I now know they do follow through even two months later.

Tried to order there once, got no response, no beads, no nothing. inquired via email, and got some bs excuse, no beads. Never went back. This was years ago.

I have no qualms about saying avoid this guy.
