I was at Michters in Louisville today for the delivery of their new stills. Up until now they have been distilling elsewhere and doing the mash and bottling at their facility.
This is their new pot still.
And hanging from that crane about 100 feet in the air is their 46 foot tall column still. So some time next year they hope to be distilling at their own facility. Here is a link to our shot TV news story on it if anyone wants to see it.
