There was one up in Marin county in California, it got shut down because of the laws here in CA. Something about tobacco sellers needing to have a permanent address where goods would be sold, and since it was a mobile business, it was in violation of that law- wouldn't let the guy renew his tobacco sales license, and POOF- All Gone.

EDIT: ... and the rational side of my brain says the last thing we need is to antagonize. i hate my rational brain sometimes...

But I do agree.

However, who says you can't have a separate business, a party bus per se, that swings by the shop every 15 minutes or so.

Great concept for maybe a Cigar manufacture, or a Mega Herf person that would travel state to state and promote a Tobacco or cigar line. In town as a Herf mobile. There is loads to factor in. Cost, and serviceability. It could be a Hit....

Say if they were people that you could get the EXTRA hard to find Cigars (Opus X) or Esoterica Tobacciana (Penzance) for the Pipe side. Then I could see it having a Draw. A reason that someone would go out of their way to attend.

On a different note..... Having it set up like a Limo??!! Where in this case "We are looking to have a Herf and will have 25 people attend. We could have it at the beach, got to anywhere while we enjoy our cigars and what not. I would say would still be better suited in a Motor Home if you want to be able to enjoy moving around while in motion. That or a River Boat. Only problem then is you can only enjoy that river.... I have been waiting for someone to make a Riverboat HERF. People spend loads of cash to take a trip on the Old Steam River boats while dinning. Why not While Smoking a Cigar or Puffing on a Pipe. Sadly not enough people would turn out to keep them in Business...

Rent a riverboat. Charge $. Get sponsors. As long as it started from an interesting place (NOLA?) I bet you'd get full up.

Well on the Side of that I think a Cruise would be awesome. pipe side Turkey there are some Amazing places natural formation of Rock and Steam baths I don't know how much you could see from a Ship/boat but could be awesome. People that attend would get Master carved Med Sized Meerschaum Pipes (Cost range 30 to 100 Wholesale) and some Tobacco. With a Last day Raffle of a Hand Carved Masterpiece pipe that would cost someone a few thousand to own if they bought it.....

On the cigar side. Have a Cruise set up through The DR Go to places like Altos de Chavón, Saona Island, La Flor Dominicana cigar factory La Romana, Dolphin Island Park and Santo Domingo. over a 7 day cruise. have loads of cigars some passed out as one would hors d'oeuvers. Have a few box give aways of some Dominican Republic brand Fuente Opus X seeing others can't return. and on the last day maybe do a Box a month for a lucky raffle winner. of Opus X Perfecxion No. 2....Or some other HTF cigar.

I wish I was a Billionaire I wouldn't be much longer after paying them bills lOL...... There is my perfect Cruises
