Hi all,

I am moving in a couple days, and I have to start packing my cigars. I have an Avallo DDD, and I was wondering if anyone knows if the singles drawer is removable. It would be a lot easier than boxing up 350-400 singles. I looked for anyplace on the glide rails where the drawer could be released, but couldn't find anything, and I don't want to break it. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Keith

Not sure about your Avallo, Keith, but I do feel your pain. Had to box my singles up when I moved last month. Kind of a pain in the ass, but I was happy to know that it was secure. Best of luck moving, it's the worst!

I used up a different strategy.

Smoked them all (most) up beforehand, and am now looking at re-stocking myself post-move.

Could you just add packing material to the drawer and leave everything there?

Safe move Keith.

I don't know Avallo but on some rails, at the end there is a release button. I know you probably checked cause you are fancy but thought I would write it. :)

I'll look at mine when I get home......maybe gathering them up and putting them in huge ziplocks might be fast/easy?
