Hello to all. I enjoy all phases of cigar smoking, from selection to burn. I have been smoking cigars for 14 years. I am a retired US Navy Veteran who has had the pleasure of traveling the world and serving our country at the same time enjoying great cigars along the way. I look forward to learning and talking about cigars and tobacco with other enthusiasts.

Welcome from sunny SoCal. I'm brand new to the site as well, and active duty Navy. Always nice to meet a BOTL as well as a BOTB (Brother of the Boat? That one may not stick...). One of the things I love about both cigars and the Navy is the instant camaraderie that both bring when meeting a fellow brother/sister.

Thank you for your service. Brother of the Boat BOTB. That is a good one, you may want to copyright it. Yes always meeting fellow shipmates anywhere I travel. It is an awesome community . I actually retired from Camp Pendleton. I was a west coast Sailor.Spent few years overseas Japan and Iceland.

Not knowing where you decided to retire to, if you find yourself in the OC/SD county area, hit me up and we could burn a couple. Always nice to talk to a "survivor." Gives me hope for the future.
