My experience with BNB was the worst. They ran out of what I wanted, didn't notify me for 4 days, charged my card 3 times for the same amount (not kidding) and then told me my refund wouldn't be processed for at least nine days.

Got the smokes I had to switch to, but the hassle of doing business with them was not worth the cash savings.

Glad others did not have the same experience I did.....

My experience was quite similar. No groupon, no business from me.

There customer service is anceintly slow but in their defense, I contacted them about some moldy GLP Jacknife and they gave the cost of the tin off my next order. (Although that means I have to spend money again to redeem it)

Same here- unless there's the groupon deal, I'm not buying from them.. I did have several transactions with them and none was without some issue- dented tins, improper packaging or lack of packaging, substiting things on their own without notifying me etc etc.

I agree they seem hit or miss. Unfortunately for me its been a miss both tries so far but man those groupon prices are hard to resist. They made good on the first one but im still waiting for an update on my current order, 3 weeks later...

they jacked up my most recent groupon order for padron londres.. they waited 36 hours to process.. and when they did, they were sold out..

they offered for me to change my order at the time.. I asked them when they estimated getting the londres back in stock.. and they told me they receive new shipments every week... so I told them I would stick with the original order and wait.. no big deal...

that was 3 weeks ago.. and I hadnt heard a peep out of them since..

so I called today... surprise surprise.. no londres in stock yet.. but.. if I'd be willing to wait another week.. they might have them in...

no thanks.. changed the order to delicias.. and coughed up the additional $20..

not really a big deal.. I still ended up with a $120 box of cigars for $70 ($50 for the groupon, plus the additional $20 I had to throw in today).. shipped to my door.. Im still happy with the end result..

but... they should really re-think their customer service practices...

I've bought from them several times at this point either with groupon or livingsocial deals.. and will continue to do so.. I always end up with good cigars at great prices that way... but.. I will never use them as a primary online source for purchases or ever pay them full retail.. there are far better options out there (Emersons, Famous, etc..) if I want something specific, and am willing to pay the non groupon price..

I'd agree to that.. It's just a good deal and that's about it.
