Bombing is sending people cigars randomly or for something that they said on the forum. Just ask around for addresses and just like that you too can bomb somebody so hard their mailbox explodes

After 30 days and 30 posts the "marketplace" will be visible to you. This is the section of the forum where all of the buying, selling, trading, etc. goes on. There is already a thread there called the NC Pay it forward where you can accept someone else's gift of cigars and then post a "who wants cigars?" message in order to devastate someone else. It looks like you have already hit the 30 post requirement and now just need to hang around for another couple of weeks until you have access to the "marketplace".
